Cybersecurity has never been just a career for me, it’s a mission, a passion, and a lifelong pursuit. I remember the first time I dove into the complexity of networks and security, it was like discovering a hidden world, full of challenges and endless possibilities. The excitement of understanding how systems operate, how they communicate, and most importantly, how they can be safeguarded, ignited something deep within me.
My journey began with a solid academic foundation, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering and Security from Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating with a Very Good GPA. But beyond the textbooks and courses, it was the real world application of this knowledge that truly drove me. My goal was never just to understand cybersecurity on paper; it was to make a tangible impact. I wanted to be part of the solution that protects individuals, businesses, and organizations from the ever growing and increasingly sophisticated threats in the digital world.
I quickly realized that cybersecurity isn’t just about defending against attacks, it’s about creating process that evolve and adapt to the constant stream of new risks.
The more I learned, the more I became obsessed of cybersecurity, it’s a constant puzzle, with layers of complexity waiting to be solved. The thrill of working with the latest tools, analyzing vulnerabilities, and discovering new ways to protect systems is something I live for. In my role at IT Security Consulting & Training as a Cybersecurity Consultant and Trainer I am responsible for delivering engaging and impactful cybersecurity training to individuals and organizations, helping them build the skills needed to stay secure in today’s digital landscape.
I provide cybersecurity consulting, assisting clients in developing and implementing tailored security strategies to address their specific needs. I also contribute to the cybersecurity industry through active involvement in initiatives and sharing knowledge to advance the field. Additionally, I engage closely with clients, understanding their challenges and delivering customized solutions to ensure their cybersecurity goals are met.
The Royal Hashemite Court
At RHC, I worked proactively to identify potential risks, conducted detailed investigations into security incidents, and gathered actionable insights to inform the leaders about mitigating emerging threats. I played a key role in analyzing and correlating data to identify trends, predict potential threats, Also I was responsible for ensuring all devices were properly protected against malware and unauthorized access. I actively sought out hidden threats through threat hunting practices within the network, reducing the risk of undetected attacks and improving the overall security posture of the organization.
Wizard Cyber
During my time at Wizard Cyber as a SOC Analyst, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the security posture of our clients by actively monitoring and responding to security incidents. I utilized Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft 365 Defender to detect, investigate, and mitigate threats in real-time. In addition, I was responsible for preparing and delivering monthly reports to customers, providing detailed insights into their security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and offering tailored recommendations for continuous improvement. My work ensured that clients maintained a proactive security stance and were equipped to address evolving cyber threats.
